Make sure you're in space, not docked, and all menus closed

Are you sure you typed it correctly?

Thereshallbewings ....no commas, full stops, quotes or any other addons to the word...capital T and the rest in lower case, all one word.
After this has been entered you will hear a beep sound....now go to your command console in your ship, scroll down and it should be listed there.
