I figured maybe you'd add a few commands for Marines, so I installed the pacth and opened the script editor to Trade Commands > Passengers, and at the bottom I see:

This is mine:

So you've done something to your installation somewhere.
However the "get marine overall skill" is b0rked on mine. Selecting it gives me a blank line that I can't change (have to delete it)... Haven't tried running a script with it yet... I don't think I want to either, lol.

Re: [BUG v1.3 patch] New script editor commands
I seem to remember a post by Cycrow stating you need to start a new game for the new commands to show correctly.

Never mind, I figured out the problem. The patch adds a new cat/dat that contains 0001-L044.pck, which I already had extracted to my t directory, so it wasn't being read.

Edit: Actually, I got the commands to show up, but when I try to use them, I get blank lines... but starting a new game did the trick, thanks!

Ok, problem not solved yet. With a new game I could use the new marine commands, but the values returned are always 0, regardless of the Marine's skill level. ie: $skill = $marine: get current hacking skill (with a hacking skill of 3), write to player logbook $skill results in 0 being written to logbook.
