I dont see it listed, but does anyone know if the marine training messages that constantly spam the player can be turned off in this patch?

I am hoping that it will be, I actually used to use my message log in X3R, to help keep track of things I was working on, but it has been rendered almost useless because of the spam from marines and it is kind of annoying when you are in the middle of a battle, and a bunch of marines finish training about the same time. 'Incoming Message'... 'Incoming Message'...

Marine training has been changed so that they do a course of training rather than individual sessions.

Well, that will be an improvement. Will still get them, just not as frequently.

Not even word on the site... this has to be a mistaken early release.

Perhaps egosoft are making up for the last little mess up with steam patch release.

Either way I'd like the patch pwetty pwease ES

I've confirmed it on steam. I checked the update history page and it's now definately at 2.5. I can't link the site i think but if you own steam just go ahead and update if it hasn't already
