Is there way to obtain the 2 pirate weapon factories?
In AP they where a Yaki Plot reward, and there are still the most compatible good guns, but their supply is pathetic.

Diplomacy

Send an agent to gather influence with a faction and then send an agent to steal factory blueprint at that faction's shipyard.

Oooh think I found a path to it, had missed the West gate out of Maelstrom, always hate the sectors with gas clouds flying in your face, they give me headaches
