p.s after looking through it ya it does make life alot easier but is there anyway to automate adding pilots to all fighters in same station or something like that?
Not that I know of, but when I buy replacements, I do it with a Raptor, or Colossus with a bunch of pilots already aboard, to ensure I can simply say 'All pilots to free cockpits.'
Even if your carrier is in bad shape because you used a crew of complete numpties to board it, it's sufficient to the task.
Use a M1 only for Fighter-buying-purpose: Mass-buy all your fighters and transfer them to the carrier (you can use Lucikes hangar manager to easily do that). Send the carrier to the needed Equipmentdock(s) and use CODEA zu equip all fighters (without branch) with the needed equipment. Send the carrier to a Outpost and use CODEA to hire all pilots and automatically assign them to each fighter. Send the carrier to the Dock of the Replenishment Tenders and transfer all fighters from the carrier to the hangar of the Dock.
That way you can deliver dozens of fully equipped and even piloted fighters at once easily.

thanks, thats a good plan, though I am trying to build all my fighters haha. also for the replenishment tender to work do you have to have him docked in a player station?

yes which unfortunately is not so automatic..... but it is all good the whole personnel tele is working out great
for some reason my supply tenders are not getting more energy cells and thus not jumping anywhere.
They fly to the supply base pick up wares that are assigned and then fly back to the storage tender then start over but they are not stocking up of Ecells themselves and they are not using the jump drive?
Any ideas I seem to remember them working fine at one point not sure if i am doing something wrong or what. Is there something i have ot set or turn on for them to use the jumpdrive and stock energy?
I play on Xtented and when i buy a Nova he has prebuilt boost, any issue with that? (I try to remove it with cheat pack but it's still there even if i didn't show up)
For now i just want to take some pilotes for training because all pilotes are recruits and can't fly my cap ships... Is it possible without assigning them to a carrier?
Edit: I just read that from the manual "Also ships with a boost extension AND a SETA device AND video enhancement goggles are identified as a player ship and cannot be added to a hanger"
So even if my M3 has prebuilt boost it shoudnlt cause any issue
After many test it seems u absolutely need a carrier for having pilotes
I use the Griffon as carrier he's pretty good
I have a question about "ace of aces" now in codea submenu "personnel administration"
Is is a kind of pilotes stats? Because when they kill pirates the numbers stay the sames :/, i've done several mission and they have stil "recruit rank"...
