(1.3.10 X3FL) ZA_EMP_BLANK_WARE & plugin manager issue(?)

I'm on 1.3.10 patch, with Trading Extension MK2 mod. I've installed latest plugin manager (1.83). I've used plugin manager to install mods, and closed it with no issues.

In the game, trading extension shows up as ZA_EMP_BLANK_WARE_(something). Advanced jump drive wares did too, but i removed that mod.

In advanced plugin manager, clicking on "view used wares' and 'view command slots' close the window instead of showing those (i assume this means it crashed?)

Is above the actual issue? ZA_EMP_BLANK_WARE, i'm reading, is a text bug but doesn't break functionality, and if plugin manager closed successfully, then crash on view used wares shouldn't be an issue.

The text issue should be fixed in 1.83.

however, try updating to 1.84 and see if its working.

Also note, if it crashed, then it wont have closed down properly so you would need to open then close the plugin manager
The crash is fixed in 1.84

You can also check the About, and see if the scripts are at the latest version too, they should be V1.10

Hey there,

unfortunately I'm experiencing the same issue where ZA_EMP_BLANK_WARE_CUSTOM10_9 such as ZA_EMP_BLANK_WARE_CUSTOM13_10 is shown instead of the trading mk2 + mk3 module string. I'm using the latest XPlugin Manager Version 1.84 and the latest fake patch 1.3.10. Oddly enough the string of the trading modules are shown correct at game start and loading a save game. While playing some minutes the string is shown incorrect.

Additionally I'm using the following mods:

i cant seem to find the error. The latest Plugin Manager scripts should no longer reload the text after load. Make sure the latest scripts are installed (check the about menu in the plugin manager, it should be v1.10 for the scripts)

you could also try to install them manually

Hey there,

thx for your reply. Until now the issue persists but I can deal with it. But there is some other issue, when I'm using the Trading MK2 mod from the XPlugin Explorer, the description of the Trading MK2 such as MK3 is in Russian... Is there a failure recognizing the correct language? I'm using the German version of X3 FL.

I also occurred same issue on 1.3.12 patch with 1.86 version of Plugin Manager. Trading System Extension MK2, Advanced Jumpdrive and Improved Boarding X3FL ware names looks good after load game but get broken after saving (manual save or autosave at docking) and stay broken until reload save.

Tried Plugin Manager and affected mods reinstall but it does not help.

does it break when you save the game, or is that just when you noticed it not working ?

not sure why saving would cause it break.

ill have to check through the scripts to see if the text file is being reloaded for some reason

names get broken exactly after saving or docking (which lead to autosave), I tested this, if I load this save immediately without relaunch game - all names will looks good, if I save game - names get broken immediately.I tried lots but this only way to reproduce I found.

i have confirmed it is an issue with saving, as the text files get reloaded when saving.

but for some reason the text files are not overriding the defaults, even though they are loaded afterwards.

im still trying to find a solution
