Need help with ship part positions

Hi. Thank you for reading.

I am trying to mod existing ships and having some difficulty with replacing the XML data.
So, I tried to make a new ship. I selected the Pulsar Vanguard from Antigone wharf.
I have been able to convert it to a different ship using the templates created by others.

However, I am unable to add an extra small shield to the ship, because I don't have the position and quatermain data.
Simply putting the command with fake coordinates is not working. Can anyone help me to find coordinates to add a
small shield to the Pulsar Vanguard model? Or show me how?

Thank you so much for the link.

However! I tried Blender and I whacked myself upside the head, haha.

I'll need assistance or at least will have to learn how to use blender.

If anyone would like to help with this, please do message..
