TC: Broken main plot

Mission: Split Espionage & conflict
pick up Capt Pearle

I originally picked up then decided I wanted to change ships.
Didn't have a spare CLS so ejected Pearle then the CLS.
Swapped over equipment and re-collected Pearle.

Mission log keeps telling me to collect the Capt.

Ejected him again and waited for him to be bracketed by mission guidance until I picked him up again. Still won't allow me to continue.
Tried waiting to see if the mission log would catch up without any luck (approx 30 mins)

Anyway to force the mission to the next step?

Once you have re-collected Pearle, have you tried flying to the mission sector to deploy the satellite to see if this will 'kick start' your plot again?

I had a similar problem with Capt Pearle, resulting in broken Terran plot.

The solution is Ketraar's Plots Reset
