[1.2] Individual pilot mission offerings don't appear

1) Pilots showing mission symbols do not have mission dialogue. This happens about 30% of the time.

2) Sometimes pilot offer only confirm/deny mission dialogue without telling you what the mission is.

-In ~90% of these cases, they revert to normal non-mission dialogue but the mission symbol does not disappear.

-In ~10% of these cases, they bail out of their ships and offer them to you. Is that intended? I'm getting wealthy more quickly because of this unexpected behavior.

The only dialogue that seems appropriate and normal are those selling their ships. This happens about 30-40% of the time.

Still waiting for some information. All individual pilots with the ($) symbol show no mission dialogue.

It's weird i've never seen such thing, those usually sell their ships.

I'm getting the same thing and I'm not using scripts or anything. I'm not sure if it happens with all ships or not but it's definitely a new phenomenon.

I believe the mission/job timer is expiring, but the symbol does not.
