I don't know if those feature are absolutely necessary. But the TC/AP Improvement script has them, just in case.
Escpecially the cargo manager was implemented, because of the new rest ware selling abilities.
Without it, MK3 traders will sell absolutely EVERYTHING on board, except the needed amounts of fight drones and ecells.
And I have read that some people actually like to have their MK3 traders carry some stuff with them, like adv sats, for example.
So I coded the cargo bay manager to lock certain wares on board. But for normal use, it's not necessary.
The mosqito feature was born by the idea, that the MK3 traders could maybe make use of the mosqito missile defence script. Therefore they would need a certain amount of mosqitos on board.
So, both features are only add-ons and won't be available in the reunion version.
And removing them is no problem. Already done. Just commenting out a few lines of code and deleting some scripts.
So I hope, that I can get this to work tomorrow
edit: I have a test version running, but the lockmaster for locking stations seems to be buggy?! Strangely, I didn't touch it, so I wonder why it works in the vanilla version in the first place? Nevertheless, here is a raw version without any blacklisting and/or locking/avoiding of sectors/stations. Internally, it is up to date to the current 1.6.4 version of the TC/AP improvement script. I just removed all features that aren't supported by the engine.
If you like this version more, please let me know. And if someone could explain to me, how the lockmaster script works, I maybe could even get that station locking fixed ...
