There's a bug in the script command:
find factory product best jumps.

I have another problem to report: I'm now mass producing Split Ocelots. After watching my first pair of them in battles, I noticed they don't fire their front turrets

If there are any problems you know where you can report them, also, make a backup of your savegames, especially if you are using modifications like Small Improvements and Fixes, Revelation Plus, Phanon Plus.
X3LU 1.5.2/1.7.0 Youtube series with: IEX 1.5b + LUVi, SIaF r7 (previously also used Phanon Plus 4.02, Revelation Plus 1.04, Diverse Game Starts - LU Edition)

I'm trying to export and import my game, but the import script always says my export file is corrupt. I've tried removing colour codes from all ship names. All marines are on ships and the HQ is not running any tasks. This is the save file, and this is the export file it produces.
Exporting from: LU 1.5.2 + SIaF 7r5 + EI package V2.2.5

Yes...Joubarbe wrote:So I presume you have done the following :
1. Install EI 2.2.5 to your X3 root folder.
2. Export your game.
3. Update LU to 1.6.0 (also X3 root folder).
4. Import your game without reinstalling SIaF (because it's currently incompatible with 1.6.0).
Right ?
It may come as a surprise to you, but you're not the only person in the universe that can read instructions.

Anyway... What index is the importer failing on please; or is a version error? if its a version error then its most likely your export was made with outdated scripts, but ill have a look anyway and see if i can find aynthing.
edit: see next post for solution.

@andreihaiducul plese remove the apersand (&) symbol from "SA Guns & Weed Complex" and all related ships, and try again.
Alternativly, open up the XML in nodepad++ and issue a replace all "&" with "and".

Nice. Nobody bats an eye at all the flame thrown around in this forum, but you berate me for standing up to myself. Tell me: what is the point of coming here and posting nonsensical "witty" non-replies if you're not going to help anyway? What is the point of insulting a person posting a bug report? Have you been festering in this toxic pool of "wit" for so long that you can't see it for what it truly is?Jack08 wrote: This may come as a surprise to you... ugh screw it i cant be bothered raveling how annoyed messages like this make me in any sort of witty sense so ill just say it; like it did....
I did not want to start a flame war so I'll remove myself from this forum entirely.

There was absolutely nothing "FLAME" worthy in Jourbarbe's original post that you randomly attacked, he was asking for confirmation of your steps taken. Also note that not everyone has English as there first language, Joubarbe doesn't, so your implied flaming is moot. Infact i was about to ask the exact same question so i could get a sense of what happened; with the amount of error reports we get that are user error (>80%), its should be no surprise that confirmation is useful.

Thank you for the new patch, Litcube and your team!
I minor note for the Patch 1.6.0 installer: The first installer page still points to the change log URL on Google Code. Perhaps you want to change this to your new location.

I want to report an annoyance with the E/I package 2.2.5: After I exported my LU 1.5.2 game and imported it to LU 1.6.0, all pirates are now hostile! I have a reputation of 9 with them and ALL of them were friendly before the export.
Here is my E/I file: http://blubb.najut.org/lu/files/8382-L044.zip

Oh, and the Boron Guppy (M4) still cannot use the ID and the PBE it's supposed to because it can carry only wares of size S:

Sorry to annoy you with this minor problem, but my eyes fetch such little inconsistencies too well.

It could be that the weapons belong to the same group, and thus show up despite the ship not being able to use them due to size restrictions. I know that has been the case with some other mods.BlackArchon wrote:Oh, and the Boron Guppy (M4) still cannot use the ID and the PBE it's supposed to because it can carry only wares of size S:
