nah, i dont like ice shark, doesnt fit imo... shark would theroetically fit but the boron use all those fish names yet (tho i must admit egosoft really messed the names up somehow for example by giving some argons greek mythology names and such things...)

that a good rule but doesnt always apply, make that texturing rule #3 or somin

in x games for example 90% of the ships use perfectly clean textures for whatever reason, never saw a ship wash station so far, hence a dirty ship may look out of place, however i also like the rugged up look alot more and as vanguard mentioned it makes sense, hence it stays dirty...
and ya i know you love detail... but there has to be an end to all detail eventually or nothing would ever get done, but your opinion has been noted for future projects...
