So hier mal ein paar Daten nach meinem Umbau der Grafikkarte. Interessant ist das die "alte" Karte gar nicht ganz so schlecht ist wie die neue 8800 GT, entscheidend ist in X3 wirklich die CPU.

man sagt, im Schnitt 35 FPS, weil die Rate bei etwas aufwändigeren Situationen (z.B. Explosionen, heftiges Gefecht mit vielen Schüssen, etc.) oft mal eben in den Keller geht. hättest du durchschnittlich nur 25 FPS, dann würdest du sozusagen immer knapp über dem limit schwegen und bei der kleinsten Überforderung ruckler haben. Mit 35 FPS hast du immer noch Spielraum und selbst in heiklen Situationen ein flüssiges Bild.

@Faelnirv: Es geht hier um die Benchmarkergebnisse, nicht um allgemeine Diskussionen.
Auch solltest Du dich selbst einmal fragen, ob es wirklich Sinn macht, ein bald 9 Monate altes Posting noch beantworten oder kommentieren zu wollen.

Die technische Diskussion zur Frage der Installation des Benchmark unter Vista ist im passenden Forum gelandet.
Dort hätte übrigens eine Suche zum Thema auch nicht geschadet.

bin ich nah dran, habn E6400 (2*2,55-übertaktet) und ne gf8800gtx (auch was übertaktet, wird aber durch die cpu gebremst) und hab bei gleicher Auflösung 76 frame im schnitt

bekomme demnächt nen E6600 den ich auch übertakten werden, mal schauen wieviel der bringt :D

Ich habe jetzt die CPU auf 2 X 3,51 GHz und die Graka leicht übertaktet und komm auf 89,6 Frame
Das sind 3 Frame mehr :roll:

EDIT:
Hab mal Antialias-und Anisotropic Mode auf jeweils 4 X gestellt und bemerke in der Demo jetzt nicht so einen großen Unterschied aber in den Frames macht sich das bemerkbar :D
