-----

Pack of the modified TBullet file, from LU 1.5.2. Includes the following bonus : +50%, +100%, +250%, +1000%.

Extract the one you want to your addon folder and rename it after the last cat number (fake patch method). If the latest number is 09.cat/.dat, then rename this mod to 10.cat/.dat.

You always know what to put into a signature when you /don't/ have one.

something like Marine Repairs would work and fit what your looking for.
since only larger ships have marines. Not sure if it's compatible.

Marine Repairs ? What ?

No, what you need is X3 Editor 2, and edit all the ships yourself :)

Sorry to bother, but this appears to no longer work with the newest version of Litcube's mod or the recent update.

Is it somehow possible to fix it, or is there a way to manually enter in a script to change the repair speed? Thanks!

It's just a simple change of the hull damage value of the repair laser, so it should work regardless unless Litcube changed the TBullets file. To ask the stupid questions, did you install it correctly?

As in

- Unzip file

- Choose which repair ratio you want.

- Install in the addon folder using the false patch method. Remember to rename both the .cat and .dat file, and give them the same name. This is important.

- Start a new game.

Also, since I've seen people make this mistake before, did you install it in the correct folder?

However, if this doesn't work it's really simple to do it yourself. If you haven't already, download and install the X3 Editor 2, and make sure you set it up so it points to your LU folder. Then, open the TBullets file using the "Open from VFS" option and increase the hull damage value of the repair laser. Save (and overwrite the current file), close the editor and you should be good to go.
I'm sorry, I can't hear you over the sound of how awesome I am :D

I definitely installed it correctly - however editing the file myself worked like a charm. Thank you very much for your help. :D

Should editing the TBullets file work on an existing game? Because I tried, but the speed of my repair laser doesn't appear to have changed. This is my first time trying to edit a game file, however, so I may be screwing it up.

I changed the hull damage number for the "SS_BULLET_REPAIR" ID from 20 to 50, and then to 200, but no change was noticed in game. (And yes, I saved the changes. :D )

I am changing the TBullets.pck located in my C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\x3 terran conflict\09.cat::types directory.

As suspected, I was screwing it up. That did the trick. Thanks much!
