I coded that mission, yes. It was just after he died actually, so I thought why not.

Actually I did think it odd and wondered if you did it intentionally or not, i guess now we know.

A worthy mention of a great actor.

p.s Shouldn't he be in charge of Terran Earth Defence, not Terran Resource Evaluation Commission? Because General Hammond is in charge of earth defence in the Stargate Universe 8)
