[MD-Mission][final.beta] Build Race-CapShips

As this version is a final-beta-plugin of an unsupported feature, I cannot totally guarantee that it does work - however, I tested it, and it worked for me. ;)

Mission:
The race-capship-mission is offered to the player at random when he approaches a race shipyard to about 2km. He is offered a job to collect some resources for building a battleship and bring them to the shipyard. This way, a ship is much cheaper then if the player buys it, but of course there is much work involved - the wares have to be brought to the shipyard by the player himself, which is a lot of docking and undocking even with a good logistics. But especially for newly started games with sector security problems, it is a great deal for any player with some time at hand.

sounds like a fantastic idea. when you say, must be collected by the player himself (or herself); does that mean, for example, a crafty player gets a few traders to buy the wares (or bring them from a player factory) and drop them next to the shipyard, player can then pick up and out pops an nice new ship?

seeing sum really gr8 stuff coming out of the MD so far :P

Something like this: All the mission cares about is that it's you who delivers the wares. Where you get them from and how often you need to dock at the station does not matter.
