True Light Seeker
Got myself the True Light Seeker and filled it up with EMC. I then went and picked a fight with several pirate Carracks. Not once did any of my turrets fire while they were all set to "atack enemies".
Switch to my Vidar and all turrets are firing.
What's the dealio?

Well, it let me equip weapons in the sides and back. So, am I supposed to be switching views back and forth to fire them?Dragoongfa wrote:Iirc the TLS does not have turrets.
They sure look like turrets to me:

I have no idea why image tags don't want to work today....

There are no turrets at all, so I'm not sure how you equipped it.
To be honest it's a useless ship. too slow, and unarmed. I still have mine parked up, a reminder of the pretty decent marines I lost capping the darn thing.

Well, according to its info it claims to go 180m/s which is much faster than my 140 m/s Vidar. It also claims to have quite a few turrets, more cargo space, faster turning, and equal shielding:mrbadger wrote:There are no turrets at all, so I'm not sure how you equipped it.

I have a TLS and the thing doesn't have turrets.
Truelight Seeker
The info from ftp://christopherpisz.is-a-geek.com/pub ... Light2.bmp is wrong in virtually everything and the TLS doesn't have a docking bay for a fighter (the only M6 that has a docking bay is the Hyperion).

Well, I promise you I didn't edit it whatsoever.Deadbeat_Spinn wrote:I have a TLS and the thing doesn't have turrets.

I obtained the True Light Seeker through a certain Goner plot mission. How did you get yours?

That might be. I do have several mods installed. None of them claimed to alter ships though. I'll go look there and see what responses I get.pjknibbs wrote:Looking at the images you appear to be running a mod of some sort, so it's entirely possible your version of the Seeker has turrets...you might be best off asking in the scripting forum in the thread relating to your mod to see if it breaks the Seeker in any way.
