Special Commands - collect ware

Eng. X3:TC v1.2

In the command console > Special > Collect Ware, if I use this command form more than 10km to the target. it cuts out. I just selected a target; 20km off, used this command and the Auto-pilot came on, but with about 3km to go the Auto-pilot turned off; the target was still there, something is not right.

Just tried it from 40kms' out - and it turned off three times.

I'm in a Discoverer Hauler, didn't think the ship type would matter, I'll have to change craft, drop some freight and see what happens.

haven't had the chance to try it in the new game, yet - but I never used it at all, in X3:R

I always assumed that you had to order in another freighter to collect wares
never occurred to me that my own ship might be capable of implementing the command..

I really should pay more attention..

So, it's not working if the distance to the ware is greater than 10km, whether you are piloting the ship or not. I personally use(d) the command quite a bit in Reunion, on my ship and remote ones.
