is there any mod aut there, that can disable the damn limit of sectors for miners based on pilots level ?
this shit is so damn annoing., no matter where i place my HQ ... 70% of the miners just stand arround and cant find ressources ...

I will take a look at the scripts for that. Since I included full solar systems in my xrsge mod and sectors with different kinds of resources can be far, I need to change this too. If finding a way I will release a standalone mod too.

If you want to get rid of it, there are mods that allow you to increase the piloting level right away, why not use that in the meantime? For example just for the miners, so it is kinda not a "cheat". Or books mods.

In the meantime there is this little gem by Mycu that simply adds many more level 3-4 seminars for pilots to be bought.
You can even edit the xml and make them cheaper. This does the trick without being a cheat:

I might be mistaken here, but doesn't the level of the Manager (skill) for your facility affect the range of the miners that are assigned to him?
By default it's 2 jumps, so the trick I use at the beginning is to make sure my facility is in reach of max. 2 jumps of the needed resources. A good overview is for example in this interactive map:

You can turn on the "legend" and see what resources are mined where and plan accordingly. Also check out the resource overview and sort by the needed resources to see where your facility needs to be (or close to the sector).
On top of that, you can use http://www.x4-game.com/#/station-calculator the station calculator and see exactly what resources are needed as input.
Another neat solution are "in between" stations, that just mine and distribute the goods further. There is even a mod that lets you designate stations for that purpose (forgot the name).

ok , when i have a mining station lets say in saturn 2 .. i have there 15 to 20 miners running and farming. while i have 10 more delivering the ores to my production HQ somewhere else..thats 30 miners... along with the 30 miners for my HQ. and more 30 miners for other stations ....with disabled sector limit, i can just use my HQ miners and let them farm without the need of aditional mining stations

Oh, I see. You use your HQ for production?
I use it sometimes to jump into sectors and destroy everything around it real quick, so I don't use it as prod.
I have several production centers around certain key systems, like the Void, Trinity Sanctum III, Avarice recycler, etc.
This way I have setup support chains, so mostly using transport ships to haul the goods and keep the production chains intact.
What is very handy is when your HQ can produce the needed resources for jumps itself, this session I decided not to since sometimes you want to jump into sectors that can not support the raw input.
But there are so many ways to play the game, with added mods it's "limitless possibilities"

normaly i have my HQ playing the shipyard and some mining stations at key sectors and than if it is to far away i have 1 trade station in this areas . and from this trade stations i have ships bringing the stuff to my HQ
so overall its a massive spamm of miners, traders and again miners and so on
withthe disabling of the sector limit . i can use blacklists on certain miners to for certain secotrs and have my normal mners running for my HQ without to have all this other stations and so on
