What Has Reset Other Game-Starts?

I had finished a particular plot and I could see that other game starts were unlocked after some updates I no longer see the other game unlocks.

Sometimes when using alt f4 to close the game it may fail to write to the registry where the unlock is stored

You can manually unlock it the same as the previous games
