x3:FL 1.2 beta Boron claiming a player claimed HASP

Before the 1.2 beta launch I claimed the Quiet tides access point to qt Beta, loading the save file after the beta update shows the boron taking control of it.

In my game, they have not only take over my HSAP, they managed to build a TOA and a trading dock in the beta zone.

I've had the same happen in Akeela's Beacon. My claimed HSAP is now a TOA.

Looks like it was incorrectly identifying player owned HSAP.
this should be fixed in the next update.

however, you may have to revert to a 1.1 save

Also, if anyone has a save game before they updated to 1.2, and one after they lost the HSAP.
i can test if i can revert it in an existing 1.2 save

For me didnt happen eventually, loading the save with 1.1 Version shows the player as owner, loading with 1.2 shows boron as owner and an orca already on its way to build the toa
my save from 1.1 is at the end of my first message.

ok, i've confirmed this will be fixed in RC2

however, we are unable to revert the changes from RC1, so you will need to go back to a 1.1 save

It means NPCs won't start building their TOAs before I build my first one, like in patch 1.1., did I get it right?

I would love to be able to wipe out a trade station, drop my own and claim the sector back from the greedy cheating AI

and they wont take any that are already owned by the player

This bug is already in 1.1. In my game I managed to secure six of the nine HSAPs for myself. On the last one there was however a problem. When I jumped into the sector to build the TOA, to my suprise the ownership changed to the Paranid. Some reloads later I managed to jump in, open freight menu, build TOA and confirm HSAP in under 2 seconds, too fast for those three-eyed bastards to react be careful with that last available HSAP and always save before going to your HSAP sector.

Well, it's time to snatch a few of those Hype Vs for my troubles.

1.2 RC2 beta - deployed 3 relays, activated the point. Go to the nearest dock, the EG says I have to find and activate a gate. Doublechecked the point, it still says unclaimed.

What sector was it that you unlocked? If it has Sactuary of Darkness behind it then only NPCs can claim that. Same for teh one that has a Unknown Enemy Sector behind it.
