I'm playing X3 TC through Steam, in windowed mode, on win 7 64 bit.
I can't seem to move the game window, clicking on the program bar and dragging it doesn't do anything. I asked in the steam forums, but haven't gotten a response.
How do I move the game window around on windows desktop?

Hopefully someone who knows a workaround will chip in, but the old threads on this topic such as this example are not encouraging.

Edit: Altmove works great on the config tool, but I can't yet get it to move the game window.
2nd Edit: I got it to work by running the game, alt tabbing from the game, then running altmove.
Thanks
Also, someone replied to my steam thread with a recommendation to alt tab, right click the taskbar, and click, "cascade windows." It's not full control, but it's good for pinning it top-left.
Neither of these work unless there is a second windowed program running, such as a web browser or the steam library, to alt tab to.
[Thanks. I've never heard of AltMove until I read that thread. It works great. A link for anyone else having my problem:
