Mouse issues when talking to NPC

Hi,

Using Version 3.60 English
No modifications
Plating post campaign
On Wednesday, I played earlier in the day without issues. In the afternoon, Steam requested that I add a phone number to my steam account. After that whenever I tried to speak to a NPC the mouse curser would lock in the center of the screen. attempts to move the curser would make it move a little and it recenters quickly. This also happens while flying the Skunk, but hitting Alt/Tab and re-entering the game unlocks the curser.
I noticed a similar issue in the forum but I am not signed up for steam client Beta (heading "problems with mouse cursor- fixed by disabling steam client beta participation")
I tried deleting all but Steam.exe, steamapps, and userdata from my steam folder but no help there.

The problem was caused by a Steam client update. See this thread, right near the top of the forum, for more details. As per my post on Page 3 of that thread we have a hotfix in testing already.
