Is there ingame FPS counter? I have strange FPS drop near TO Overwatch.
I want to measure difference between performance in current save (80 hours) and new game.
And later report here as issue.

In the past, I have used FRAPS to record in-game FPS. It probably has some paid parts to it but it is free to download and use for FPS measurements.
