No plot options?

So I completed the main plot in X3TC. Its been well over 6 hours after I finished it, Ive searched up and down on the web for an answer as to where I can start the other plot missions. But whatever starting sector for the plot I go to, like oceans fantasy, the person i am supposed to talk to, isnt there.

So what am i missing/doing wrong? Thanks
