[REQ] Updated Mod Library

Thanks to all the modders for their efforts to get this game playable! I have a request: Could we rid the Library of all the mods that are no longer being updated, and that don't work at all in 1.22? The ones that I've identified (tentatively) are:

NESA
Smart Miners

Can't remember the rest, but some of them break stuff and the remainder seem to use resources or cause conflicts. The mesh mods, like the Yisha meshes for face and clothing, all seem to be working...at least to some extent.

Has the MOD community pretty much given up on the game?

NESA is not being updated anymore, because I consider it feature complete until UI modding becomes available, at which point I will overhaul the whole mod.

I agree with you. Opening the UI section to us is very badly needed.

NESA works tho..seems to work for me anyways..

Using smart miner as well and while mining in general is buggy as all get out, i think its working better with the mod..i think lol

Maybe I'm not using it right. I've put it in the Extensions folder while playing 1.22, and I see nothing different at the stations. I click the icon for a docking port, and the only option I get is "Dock". I haven't seen anything pop up like the pictures you uploaded to your Nexusmod page.

Yep, you are indeed not using it right. The popup menu with "Dock" is not moddable yet. So what you have to do is open the Main Menu (default "enter" key I think) and choose the "Universe" section. Then the third entry should be "Open Comm-Link".
