I believe it's shift+N for the "classic fight mode". It just switches it back to the old X3R targeting system, or whatever you want to call it...metalvenom wrote:???? Really????? lol you best make a tutorial then dude lol or at least share your secret
joking aside would be great if you could mate. I didnt know that
I'll upload a screenshot in a few to show you what I mean.
***EDIT***
Here are the screenshots for what I am talking about:
This is with the "Normal Flight Mode"

The difference is that you don't have the circle thing in the middle and the controls are different, however I think you can change the controls... but I'm not 100% sure

I would assume you can obtain smooth movement through using a joystick with your setting setup for it. As far as a keyboard, I have no idea.fOSSil wrote:How do you make smooth camera movements in Classic Mode? The new flight mode with the reticule is good for smooth pans and such...
Just using the keyboard would end up beeing chunky movement...
One thing... maybe there might be a mod or script that removes it??? This might be worth checking out.

Thanks for making this excellent video. It's inspired me to try my hand at making one.
As for the blue circle of doom, I believe that ceases to be a problem if you can use a flight stick for the controls. Then you can just keep the cursor in "pointer mode" and hide the hud. Move the cursor all the way to the right and it is no longer on screen.
Of course, that's only useful for those of us with a flight stick.
Anyhow, kudos on your tutorial video, as well as the great 2.0 trailer you did.
