OTAS Mission Bug - Follow target blows up

On the last 2 follow missions for the OTAS plot, both target have blown up after mission start.

1. get mission
2. jump to target sector and get within 15km (target is running at half speed)
3. within 15km- mission starts (Beep and normal mission target parameters notified as per all other "follow" missions)
4. Target slows to 0m/s (from the mission start, I'mm not even 14km from them)
5. Target blows up, mission fail.

Terracorp/normal follow missions work fine, but all I've had for OTAS (2) [Otas Security Specialist] end the same way with the target (Both boron ships FWIW) blowing themselves up.

Hopefully this can be fixed?
