my skiron can't use the special command software to collect wares. I can run over wares and collect them manually but I can't order my ship with special command software to collect them.
I remember in regular X3R I could use my osprey to collect wares. I'm going to test collect wares with my captured osprey to see if I can collect wares with it.
Can't see a reason why it wouldn't work. It has the cargo space.

IIRC, in X3-TC, the M6 class ship can only collect rocks and not wares.. In my pre 1.4, my OTAS Sirokon (??) did not have that option.. Post 1.3, my cap'd Nemesis doesn't have that option either. I use a couple of OTAS Mistrals or a couple of Boron Angel's to collect the "bounty" of my endeavours...

there was a mod of R which let m6 collect wares Ive been waiting for something to be ported over, none of the ships that can actually collect wares have enough cargospace to collect weapons after capship battles and Cargo Drones end up running out of energy or getting targeted.. pluss the whole duplication of weapons thing on pickup kinda ruins it.
