Does anyone know if anyone happens to have the files or know a place I can download ThalonMook's Flagship mod seen here?

The links don't work at all, and I really want this mod.

so ummm how does it work, is it like any other mod, you just put it into the mods folder?

The original thread mentions a ReadMe... Is it there, what does it say? I guess it works as usually.... cat/dat-files go to mods.
