I feel the khaak went from invasion to pest after the plot i would not mind a khaak attack fleet jumping into a random sector once every so often or any khaak AI scripts i had a look though but nothing jumped out.

Thanks in advance.

Interesting choice of words. There is, actually, an X2 script called "Khaak Invasion Script" written by MostLikely. Is there a khaak invasion script which will jump in a khaak attack fleet to a random sector or something like this.
But I read that you want a script that you want the Khaak to attack a random sector? I dunno... Perhaps someone knows how to modify the script?Khaak Invasion Script

Description:
Orders all khaak currently in the entire 'universe' to invade the sector the player is in when this script is activated. Easy to change so it either calls another race or destroys all khaak. Notice this is a 1 shot thing.. all khaak are affected when you use the script. Newly spawned khaak will act normally.
Finally, while on the subject of Khaak invasions, I thought I would bring up this old thread:Khaak spawn modifier

Description:
Khaak now spawn in unknown sectors and fly to any sector to invade. Note: Leaves exsisting and mission khaak alone. Removal of script will disable the effect even for savegames.

The very old Khaak invasion script thread can be found here:

No, it does not include a download link per se. (Although, the actual script code is posted.) And it looks like it's been years since mostlikely last posted on the Egosoft boards.
Fortunately, I downloaded the script from X2Source.com back when it was still online. (It has since been taken down due to hosting problems.) Here you go:

I do have another Khaak spawning script, also by MostLikely. I've searched, but this one does not appear to have a discussion thread on the boards here. Again, I downloaded this from X2Source when the site was still working.

Khaak traveling methods?
This describes how Khaak actually travel and invade sectors. It seems building LT's or laying squashmines around gates is, at best, not very effective as a defense.
But then, I've read that LT's are nearly worthless at OOS combat, anyway. That is, without using something like a Lasertower Upgrade Script.
PS: I hope we can work together to preserve more of these lost X2 scripts. If we don't try, then they will surely disappear.
