player owned equipment dock

ok

1st off. i apologise if this has been covered already. i have had a quick scan through the boards but still couldnt find an answer....

anyhoos. my problem is this:

i have finally managed to get round to buyin my own equipment dock. i have been adding/removin wares (shields, weapons etc) to my desire, but i have since noticed that there are no ship "upgrades" available?? (jumpdrive, fight/trade software etc etc)

am i right in sayin that this is a drawback to ownin your own ED? or is there a way to solve this?

i was hopin to use my ED to cut out the tedious universe hopin you have to do in order to get a ship up to speed before you can use it. i have already stocked it with weapons/shields i need, but not any upgrades.

of course in an ideal world i would like my own production capable shipyard to go with my ED, but i have already discovered this is not possible so ill have to make so with an ED till i start playin x3

it should be possible to write a script to add the upgrades to the EQDock. I don`t know of any public script that does it, and I don't know if you'd need to keep restocking it.

theres a script around here which "orders" all the upgrades i think

for anyone else interested. you can get the upgrades delivered to your ED by using STC's Station Upgrade Command script from here
