As I'm soon going to start playing X2 so I'd be gratefull if helpfull people could recommend me set of mods (except bonus package) which are compatibile with each other and provide fixes, enhancements and add content to the game. It will be my first time playing X2 and I want to start playing it already having nice set of enhancements installed. Especially I'd like to have stuff that add new BBS missions (types or at least improving variation), new ships and stuff like that. I also would like my game to be balanced, so I'm not into anything overpowering or any other godly stuff (no obvious cheats).
Secondly I'd like to hear some recommendations of bigger mods (like total conversions if any exist).
In this first post I'll try to maintain the list of recommended scripts divided into some groups (not sure what groups yet, the time will show) so any other beginner can use it
