Always wanted to build a Split Mamba (the X² version) from lego?

Looking like the following?

Check out this 634kb big ZIP archive and go find all the bricks needed in your big pile of Lego!

(Just to be sure, it doesnt *have* to be black ;))

Expect more soon(tm) (i hope)...

X:BtF: 7/10 | X2: 8/10 | X3:R/TC/AP: 8/10 | X:R: 3/10 | X4: 0/10 (3 points for split ships and stations, 4.0 -> -50 points).
If you are raising pirate activity, give me meaningful ways to deal with them PERMANENTLY. Better things to do than replacing ships every 10 minutes, or babysitting ships getting harassed.
Stopped playing X4 with 4.0 due to outrageous, needless and pointless nerfs to everything. Don't change what wasn't broken in the first place.

really kool! But it looks far to flimsy, I'll wait till the Disco comes out before I do anything. But my two 'buckets' of Lego are waiting for when it does come. ;)

WinterDragon was on a mission once to model in 3D the entire catalogue of LEGO in 3Ds max, I doubt he ever did get it finished :D

if it wasn't an already existing X-Universe split fighter I'd pimp it ;-) but alas..

mmm got me thinking i have ton's of lego technic laying arround
could make a ship with moving parts like a titan or something rotating senor engines that can tilt to aduest the heading
the x2 model he i don't realy like the new one

Oh, one thing...
I am absolutely 0% sure if the engine cone (the one on the back of both weapon bits) will actually fit on the thingy i 'made' it fit on...

Maybe someone can check? :)

Depends if i have time... its all a bit unclear atm... lots of things to do, too little time. (as you can see by my late response ;)).
I plan to do the Dragon too... besides that, i dont know...
