Will Egosoft be attending E3 this year?

In the article it mentions tri syon have set US release date for Q4 2013, if the distributer is giving people that information they must be gearing for release + the fact that many times CBJ etc have said although they will not give you a date it should be this year in more or less words.

Yeah and Deep Silver announced a December 2011 release too. Until it hits the shelf or is available on Steam it isn't out yet.

boo hoo the worlds a bitch, gamers are a persecuted minority! geeez get a hobby and when the game is on the shelf or available on steam come back and enjoy it, which ever century it is released.

So if that Q4 release date is correct what they are saying is... This game is estimated to have at least another half an years development to go....

They are saying is... Xbox One and the PS3, the next generation consoles will be released and established by the time this game is ready...

What they are saying is... Star Citizen will be in Alpha/Beta mode with people playing various functions of it by the time this game is released...

Possibly another 7 odd months until release... Basically nothing to see here, move along, enjoy rest the year and everyone should come back the start of 2014.

I suppose on the bright side, by the time this game is ready Albion Prelude should be at atleast version 8 with another 40 plots and quest lines to play.

Edit: I'd laugh if they said at E3 the next generation space game coming to you soon in 2014

my opinion is that games sell better in the winter months due to bad weather and lack of outdoor activity, + I will have more time to play then so im not worried

Games sell better when released three weeks before Christmas because half the planet celebrates that holiday and the demographics for video game users are the kind who ask for gifts from their immediate families.

Well, Microsoft announced Xbox One will be available in November 2013 and that they started working on this generation in the Summer of 2010.

You know what else was started around then but isn't gonna be out this November?

What they are not reporting is that reception is cool at best. From most responses being "Yeah, we have heard this for 2 full years and counting" to "Who cares, Elite and Star Citizen are right around the corner"

Also love some of the comments on that very site like: "OK, you might be reinventing YOUR game, but the space genre is moving on without you"

Those two comments made by the same guy, same post.
1- tired of waiting
1- talking about how translucent windows will be made possible by SC

There are 6 positive comments against 3 negative comments, there are 5 comments that expect the game to be improved over the previous games, 20 comments about Oculus Rift, HOTAS, real physics, what happened to Deep Silver, is only for the US etc.

Zero comments saying that "nobody cares because Elite and SC are right around the corner"

As more information cementing the release of X-Rebirth for hopefully this year, comes out, your efforts at misinformation grow more desperate.

I am not talking about on the site... you know there are real people interacting with real people at a convention center right now... you know people that don't just sit in front of their computer screens with their digital man-ness on display.

So once everyone got the scoop on the Xbox, then was delighted to hear about Playstation 4 playing old games and not requiring the internet to work, they wander. Some of them even wander down the lonely isle that Tri Synergy is on... and some of them are talking to people. Real people.

That Rock Paper Shotgun news was released on the 10th of June at 11am.
That is barely 3 hours after E3 opened its gates, a with Microsoft press release scheduled at 9am. Doubt very much they can report something that is in the future.

E3 is a industry only event, I doubt very much that professionals of the industry will go to the Tri Synergy Isle to whine about a delay and be disrespectful and look like a ****, when E3 is a trade fair for the computer and video game industry and only attended by people related to the business, it is not open to the public.
