@ AuroraeEagle: I am beginning to think that your game is corrupt.
Have you verified gamefiles cache for both TC and AP?
Are you entirely vanilla?
Did you copy a retail version of TC into Steam to save download time? If so had that retail version ever been modified?

This was and may still be a problem with the Chokaro at the Yaki shipyard.AuroraeEagle wrote:I bought a discoverer that I found for sale inside a trading station, refused to undock.
In that scenario, you have t give it a remote command to follow you or some such.
Get it to either dock somewhere else,or if you have a Transporter device, just beam across to it when within range.
You can then dock and undock from the Yaki shipyard.
May this is similar?

@ TTD: No that is a completely different TC issue where the Chokaro is sometimes created in an internal fighter dock at the Yaki Shipyard and not on an external docking arm as it should have been.
@ AuroraeEagle: When you say a new save, do you mean further on from the one that didn't work or do you mean you started over again? When you say the Trading Stations work now then do you mean just the undocking Disco or that all your ships and NPCs can dock everywhere now?

Nothing I can do can get the disco to undock, though I've not tried OOS yet. I've told it to follow me, etc.TTD wrote:This was and may still be a problem with the Chokaro at the Yaki shipyard.AuroraeEagle wrote:I bought a discoverer that I found for sale inside a trading station, refused to undock.

I think you had a corruption that was already stored in a save and all subsequently made ones. Starting again was your best course. If that issue crops up again in the new game then post here again but I think you should be OK now. Good luck and enjoy the game.

I had that same problem I found the problem with mine. I added extra stations to my Complex and found out that the ships was just circling the Complex. What it was that the first time you put a Complex kit down make sure you get your self a bit of a distance from the Stations. I don't know if that was your issue.

Well I suspect that Egosoft have bigger fish to fry just now in X3AP let alone XR. You cannot investigate a rare and intermittent fault without committing significant developer and coder effort, and those are busy commodities just now. A widely-seen and reproducable gamebreaking failure that exhibits on many different systems (like the current X3AP fps issue) would probably get their attention.
