I'm going to pass this round. I've got a good game going and can't put it down. I think the prizez are great. Between work, college, space piracy, building a cool new complex, my girlfriend, and the gym there is no time to do this ATM.

Are these contests open to US residents? I'm gonna have to pass on this one but if Americans are eligible I might try one when I get new hardware that can run the game at a decent framerate.

the thing is, i keep seeing things where they are awarding you with a x3tc key ... yet you have to have the key to play the game to wint the game ....., at least this one nets you farnhams legend

After much delay due to the winter break, we can finally announce the results for the X3: Terran Conflict UPLINK Competition #3.

1st Boyd Sanders - 3273 seconds (54 Minutes, 33 Seconds)
2nd kurush - 3764 seconds (62 Minutes, 44 Seconds)
3rd ivak - 5506 seconds (91 minutes, 46 seconds)

Congratulations to Boyd Sanders for that impressive time and thank you to all who took part.

How'd you get 54 mins? Did you get a cheap Centaur, and di you raise the money by selling abandoned ships?

I was tempted to join in,and that is how I was going to try.
My Character,Norman, missed the chance of a Centaur very early in his current career,due to lack of funds.
