That's the spirit - that's why we started writing in the first place, isn't it? To tell a tale, and have it carry ourselves away. Upon becoming a pro, things start to look differently, tho, and one will find out that writing is not only the fun it used to be. It's work, hard work, and it can and _will_ drive one through ups and downs like on a roller coaster. And It's hard work, very hard, dedicated work.

Got to agree with you it is fun, but time consuming and I've really only just begun to look at things like proof reading, which is tough. I consider myself a complete novice at writing and I am pleased I've managed to get as far as I have. Certainly if I'd had no response or encouragement then I'd have given up already... the Traders Tale should cross the 70,000 word mark with the next installment but I'm not considering changing profession yet
