Does anyone know, during development by the community members and egosoft staffs collaboration, what was included from mods which in content terms are above and beyond X3TC/AP.
I am slowly getting a feel for X3FL (have not really played it fully before now), and trying to decide what mods I can use.
But I have seen mentions dotted around the egosoft forums that there maybe some inclusions from mods, adapted to FL.
So for instance I love Lucike's scripts, but are any of them no longer necessary because they were included in FL? (I'm particularly interested in these because I found that Lucike has updated a lot of the originals to be compatible with FL .. and would those updates by Lucike be newer than whatever was included in FL).
Anything else anyone knows about?.
Edit: Maybe also another question - The Bonus pack for AP, was that included in FL (so we dont need to download the AP pack, well the bits that were not originally by Lucike anyway which have maybe been updated by Lucike since 2011, the latest I can find for X3FL by the man himself are here in 2021 https://www.xuniversum.info/download/x3_fl/scripts/)

CLS and CAG were part of the Bonus Pack for X3AP (and originally by Lucike), by the sound of this they have been included in X3FL, hence the above questions.The CAG has been replaced by a station manager command. An improved CLS still exists in the game somewhere; I found it one day, it triggered my PTSD, and I exited the menu and could not find it again.
It is now arguably easier to set up stations but just like the old CLS and CAG, ships will exhibit weird behaviors from time to time until you investigate it, tear your hairs out, and play long enough to know exactly what is wrong.
