Thank you for trying to help me , as your mod do what it should .
It is not yours mod fault , i think there are errors in those mods!!

Edit: There is a map on reddit , but without gate connections , so i thought i could use your mod for an overview.

Tool is fully compatible with the map changes, introduced in version 8.00, at least in beta 1.
And mods created by tool fully compatible too, despite changes in cluster coordinates, due to the clusters/sectors ID's is not changed.

Sorry if this been posted allready.

I have add on sectors in my game but can't see them on Chem Gate Builder. How do I go about getting them to show up ?

Lets me assume, that is your new sector is your own mod?

If yes - in which mode do you work with Gate Builder?
Direct or with Extracted Data?

For both of them you have to enable Load Mod Data as it stated in Loading the Mods with the Game Data and DLC's in a first post.
But, in case of Extracted mode, you should or extract, or manually add, your mod data to appropriate folder.
You can re-extract the data as it stated in Without Extracted Game Files

Or view some videos .... from the same post ...

I got it to work but as it don't show up in game I take it you need to do a new start

Can you provide slightly more information what did you do?

In which mode you worked with Gate Builder?
Did you install gate_keeper to extensions?
Does gate_keeper in content.xml referenced to your mod with sector?

In Direct mode
I tick Load mods data
I did not install Gate builder to extensions. I take it when you say Gate keeper you mean Gate builder
Don't see Gate keeper content.xml in extensions
Will show you the Gate builder map if I can work out how to downlaod it here if you need. I did a copy of it useing snipping tool

Just to add I look in my extensions and don't see a save for the gate builder file but when I untick Direct mode and look in load I do see it in extensions. In game setting I have to click on each mode I use. Do Ido the same with this if I find it

Edit. Even in a new game it don't show up. I went to where the gate I put up and not there or near it
