One question:
What exactly defines the salary of a station manager?
In most cases i tend not to use them because they eat my valuable profits.
And i just tried again to use them for the repair ships function to check if the reduced manual input for repairing some Athena might be worth it.
I tried it on a rather unimportant complex that consists of only mines yet. So the manager could only sell ore and wafers. I gave that manager 2 ships and jut let it run for about 5 hours:
Result: each hour i pay 160k salary and the ships manage about 1-2 runs worth 100k on average. Not exactly a great deal...
So i wonder what exactly adds how much to the salaray? Number of stations? Profit of the station? Value of produced products? Number of ships?
Also is there any upper cap?

Re: Station Manager Salary
Further to this, a nice addition to the graph screen filters for stations would be something like: 'Salary paid' vs 'Net income', to allow a quick visual check of how well a manager is performing..

Re: Station Manager Salary
The salary for station manager will be rebalanced in 1.2, especially for complex.
But for complexes it'll be based on the number of products and resources (ignoring intermediates) but with a maximum cap. So even large complexes will be cheaper to run than a dock/hq.
The salary is also charged every 2 hours (currently its every hour)
The global trade report will show you the total wages paid

Re: Station Manager Salary
Useful, but is that broken down by station or is it truly 'global (ie empire-wide)'?
