[Bug] Blueprint not added to HQ - fixed in update 1.2

My TL was under an order to pack the HQ and was waiting for the reverse engineering cycle (on a Mule) to complete. When the RE cycle completed, the TL packed the HQ, but the Mule blueprint is not available when I re-deploy the HQ.

Unfortunately I'm a couple days past when I packed the HQ so it's not worth going back, but I reloaded an earlier save and verified that the Mule blueprint is added normally if I cancel the TL's pack command, but is not if I allow it to complete. It may be worth noting that I updated v1 to 1.1 during the 15 hour span that the Mule was being reverse engineered. I can post a save if needed.

A separate minor bug: if you give a TL a pack order for the HQ, then cancel before it completes, the HQ does not unlock its production queue, so you can't build anything until you pack and redeploy the HQ.

I think its likely when the station is packed it stores the current blueprint list before the reverse engineering is done, so it doesn't get added back

That makes sense. It's easy to avoid. Just be careful not to issue a 'pack HQ' command when you're 15 minutes from completing the reverse engineering of the Aran :evil:

Should hopefully be fixed in 1.2
