Build Command Software MK?

Hi. I've purchased a Split Elephant with Jumpdrive to deploy stations nice and fast. I loaded a Complex Construction Kit M onto the Elephant, but cannot deploy it. I see in other threads the mention of Build Command Software, but it doesn't show in the Encyclopaedia, so either I haven't found anywhere that sells it yet, or there is just no entry. Could anyone help please?

So far the only place I know of which sells Build Command Software is the:

NMMC Headquarters in PTNI Headquarters beta, and each tier of software requires a higher reputation with NMMC.
I believe either the Mk2 or Mk3 software is needed for Complex construction, but I could be wrong - I have only been constructing isolated stations so far myself.

To Manually build a complex you need MK1, this is sold in several places.

MK2 is needed to pack up stations and upgrading

MK3 is needed for automatic complex construction

Which doesn't mean much since you need a ST ship to buy it, and no ST class ship can dock there.

The question was "What sells Build Command Software" not where can I obtain it ... I know it is a very slippery excuse , well very very slippery ... :)

IIRC that's what freight drones are for..

Its been awhile since I looked at them but 99% sure freight drones only have XL, but I could be wrong
