So, to the original posters of the models, if they are used from this or other sites, please respect their wishes and terms of their use (give them credit basically).
There is therefore no issue of 'theft' or 'sueing', but credit should be given where due.
Thank you.
Credits are worthless if there is no permission.

Terms of usage for the Kerchan (original creator: Hobbes);
Images using this mesh must have a credit to 'Rick "Hobbes" Snider' within them, or at any point during an animation. This mesh may not be modified, with the sole exception of damage modifications. 'Kitbashes' and conversions are not permitted, unless accepted by request via email or direct contact.
Distribution of this mesh at present has been approved exclusively for: www.scifi-meshes.com, and www.m-cgi.com, pending acceptance of this readme as a useage agreement, and the separate agreements of each of the two organizations.
That said, only three sites have this mesh (scifi-meshes.com, startrekaustralia.com and m-cgi.com). The same deal with the rest of the models. All of them require a permission to modify them, and of course, credits.
Posting other peoples work as your own and doing so without giving credits or having permission
IS theft of intelectual property, which can implicate in being sued.
