What's with the excessive blur effect on the background? Doesn't it hurt your eyes?

Thats a paranid soldier. Not used in the game because of glitches with the model.

I have not seen a single mod changing the geometry of an character, so i am confident that the "fix and pip it in not time" will not hold true ;)
The characterfiles might still be in the game, if one digs for them. I am not 100% sure though.
