The game needs a hiring interface for crew/pilots

Right now, if you want more skilled pilots/crew you have two options:
1. wander around stations looking for them directly (didn't find a single level >3 pilot in half an hour )
2. buy a new ship and hope for the best

2. Irks me the most. It's completely RNG based whether the pilot in a newly bought ship has good skills or not, and all crewmen cost the same. Example: I buy a new freighter and hope he has skill level 3 so he can auto-trade. If he can't, he is useless to me. So the the best option to hiring skilled pilots is to reload a save, buy many cheap ships, or both. Bad system. Finding skilled pilots and crew should not be done through random chance or buying dozens of cheap ships, but through a hiring interface, where the price of a crewmen is not universally the same, but dependent on their skills.

Add a way to mass manage crew to that list, unless I've completely overlooked it of course. Transferring tons of marines 1 at a time through the comm is pure tedium.

Yes open the bars please, this is/sould be a good place to find good crew for a price of cause (but sometime really cheep as well).
Also crew bought with the ship should have at least one star.

Good points. Be also nice to have a graphic representation of each crew; how they look etc, as well. Even if they may not have the skills, I might take them if they look the part or if I can dress `em up to look the part :) .
1. Please do more on NPC civilian/uniform variety, and bio customisations, Devs.
2. Stations need sirens/warnings when enemy is close in numbers or Station in danger of destruction (in Sandbox).

If we are already at it.

I should be able to see all the skills from all of my crew in the empire screen, see where they are working and what they are doing and also be able to contact them from there to asign jobs!

You can do all that... Minus the comms part :P

Just go to your empire screen, click "Number of Hired Personell", it'll take you to a list
It has their name, their total rank, and where they're working
Annoying thing is that it's sorted by rank, not by anything else, would much rather sorts by workplace -.-

YES! Crew/marines management/recruitment/transfer/training screen is badly needed since X-Rebirth!
I can't believe they didn't fixed it! I was constantly complaining about it ever since XR release day!

I want to see all their stats whein I expand them, don't care about overal rank, I want to see if they are good engineers or pilots or whatever.
