The only "argon thing" i found on the X4 argons is this

Before you label me an SJW, I warn you that I'm not and I would take great offense if I would get called one.

But. You have to understand the story of the X universe before you start talking literal crap.
The X universe was always as diverse as it gets. It wasn't only Japanese people who reached the stars and colonised planets around AD 2100-2200. It was everyone, literally. The only thing that persisted is the neo-Japanese language that has become the norm as a second language, sort of beating English too. But there remained people, who kept their native languages still.

When the Argon Federation was founded, its language (Neo-Japanese, now just called Argon) became the galactic basic. There were still blacks, indians, caucasians, asians, etc. in space, and there were still many languages around (just think Xenon, they are named after a greek term). They simply just decided to use Argon as their first language now, since it became the trading language.


As for the X-BtF/X-Tension's models, you can't be serious. There were probably great limitations why Egosoft couldn't pull off diversity back then (and hell, maybe there are people of colour among them, but these videos are so low quality, it just can't be seen). But starting with X2, there came lots of Argon, Teladi, Paranid, Boron, and Split of colour.

Also, I'm aware of the racist mod 4chan is trying to push onto moddb that disables models of people of colour. Some guys are way too bored these days. But not sure what do you expect on a public site.

Cultural heritage is still a phenomenon, althogh I do agree that Argons were supposed to forget their Terran ties long ago.

But then again, they also translate ship names to objects and animals that originate from Earth.

I actually noticed this after they changed things so Split didn't spawn everywhere. I don't think I've met an Argon who wasn't black. The models being Garry's Mod/HL2ish with weird glitches make for some extremely funny moments. The hair moving around or the heads floating around etc. Anyways with how things are these days you should expect forced inclusion even if it's not in the lore or previous works.

I found out about that due to the censorship. Any censorship is wrong. Simple as that. Who cares if a few people use that mod. It's like watching TV or Netflix I just shut it off or change the channel. There were nude mods for Yisha in X-Rebirth too. The sky is falling! All they did was highlight the double standards and made it more popular. Way to go I guess?

Did you even read his post? He gave you an explanation by the lore of why the Federation wouldn't be all white or Asian.

At any rate, it is 100% crazy to think having black characters in a video game is some weird social justice thing.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. I think it's just random and has nothing to with politics. Remember, Egosoft is a German company and likely don't give a damn about the weird racial shit going on here in America.

There seem to be three types of humans: white European, black, and Asian. I'm going to bet they are on a simple 33% spawn rate. Very probable that you'll have one "race" show up more on a station than others. I see more white folks in my game.

These people CANT understand this, because they think the entire world is just like their backwater hometowns. Theres the 'local black guy' and that mexican family. These poeple have never left their home town let alone their country, they have no idea about the worlds population, only their own little moron bubbles. I actually thought it was weird at first, but now I think about it the way they have done it makes perfect sense.

I think the problem is the animations and rigging, not the models. The actual models proportions are fine.
