Menu lags - Not resolved in modded game

In TC, i get ZERO issues throughout the entire game, high settings. However, AP i get lag every time I open a menu, map, etc.
I assume this has been resolved somehow, but i cannot find it. HELP!

Well not knowing anything about your system, I can only guess and suggest that if you have an AMD HD series card that you look at this post and its thread.

One of the post on the page you linked talked about radeonPro and some setting for it. That is what solved the issue. thanks.

hmmm....i seem to be back to getting terrible fps again. I think it's from all the creates and ships being created in the game per sector. Some sectors has well over 500+ creates and ships!!!!!

Using a Intel i5 4750
ATI 260x video card

Also ran the no rocks mod.

I think it's about the shear amount of ships , abandoned ships, and creates in the game. I have sectors with well beyond 500+ ships and creates.

Yes, this will be the problem, as this number of ships is unusual for the Vanilla game, hence my question after the scripts and mods you have installed. Having a look at the description of the Salvage Command Suite, it says that it creates crates and random ships automatically:
Additionally, every 6 hours (configurable), a new crate and/or random ship will (maybe) be created (see the manual for the percentages of having a ship created).
So I would guess that this script is causing the problem.

The Salvage script even at 1 ship per 6 hours doesn't come even close to the bailouts of 500+ ships in a warzone.

Provided that it works as described (and isn't configured otherwise), which is exactly my point. It's the only one of your installed scripts and mods, which creates ships. So it's not too far fetched to assume that it has something to do with your problem.
