Does anyone have an alternate download link for XTC 2.0? The torrent link and the direct link in the op are not working.

torrent should be working just fine. if it's not working then it could be a network problem on your side.

Is this version 2 or version 2.2 ?

atm, after slight rebuild of PC, prior to building a new gaming rig, I have only XTC version two saved out on a USB stick.

I seem to be plagued by crashes just when my games get interesting.

This time the MB took out SSD and external drive(on which most of my data and mods were) .

Anyways, nice to get back to this brilliant mod again.
Had all sectors mapped and most missions completed last time.

Just one other question...
How do I acquire the M6's that get abandoned?
I do not remember.

2.0, a link to get the version 2.2 update (which includes version 2.1) can be found in the first post of this thread.

In order to claim M6, TM and larger ships, you need the Salvage Claim Software, which can be bought at Teladi equipment docks.

Use the torrent link to get V2.0, then the discrete patch files to update to V2.2.
Larger bailed ships can be claimed with System Override Software. Personally I just use the cheat menu to take ownership though, which can accomplish the same task in a pinch.

Where's the link for the discrete patch files ?
( either I'm tired. or I'm looking with my eyes shut ).

Does Cycrow's Cheat package work with this?
With some mods it upsets the station models.

iv played X3TC for years Iv downloaded the X3TC XTC mod but I only get few secters the mod info says 199 I think and it looks like I got 80 or less my universe map has spots here and there missing like a secters gone any ideas how to fix this problem and get X3TC XTC to fully have all secters

Some sectors won't be available at start.

They gradually come as new gates are discovered.

This is an expanding universe

Picked up x3tc again after a v long break and found the xtended mod Hurrah!! very happy thanks guys. Quick question and I'm sure its been asked before but 360 pages is a long read and I'm eager to continue sorry, are there any auto trading options available similar to trade command 3 in the bonus pack?
Also cant find anywhere to download the manual, anyone got a link pls?

REload AGAIN...

I am reloading XTCAP and have all files I need\, except the sector music patch.

A links direct to ther TXU site, and while I am registered, I do not have "permission to access" the download page....

Can someone offer an independant link?
It is very frustrating to start a new game. I have not had sector music (only default Argon Prime music everywhere), and have had the music off for days, but trhe music is part of the immersion...

So I am going to load and test, and hopefully get a copy of the file before I start a new game...
