It doesn't work form me... I can see the orders, i can use them, i have a confirmation of the order in my right screen, but nothing happens...

I'll save Jack the trouble lol. Can you be more specific? What order are you trying to do? Are they in your squad? Are they in the same system?

The ship is next to me, i gave him the order to buy fuel, he didn't move at all (but in the right screen, the order was confirmed by the commander).

Next i tried with another ship (which is stuck at the mission "buy 300 food rations", he's next to the station, but doesn't move, can't move, can't do nothing), i gave him the order to abort trade, he said "ok dude" and it was more like "i don't give a **** about what you say" because he didn't move! But now i can't give him this order.

So i have all the commands, but nothing works^^

Have you tried removing him from your squad then then re-adding him?

There may not be an area in that current system to buy fuel too, however that is unlikely, as then your ship would pretty much be stranded.

I can't say how the abort trade commands work, as I have yet to test them myself.

I'll try this...

Also, the first time i gave him the order to buy fuel, in the right screen, it was wrtienne "buy 2500 fuel units (or stg like this) at "i don't remember what station". I'm in cristal palace (don't know if in english it's this name, i'm french^^), in the second star system!

it shouldn't be stranded. if the cell recharge fac is in another sector and the ship has no fuel to jump, it will still jump. but now it takes him 10 minutes to load up his jump drive. so give him the order to refuel and wait 10-15 mins to see if he does. he's probably not just sitting still but loading up his jump drive!

10 mins??? is it always this long to jump? or just because he has no fuel?

If he's got no fuel it takes a lot longer.
With fuel it should jump in under a minute tops.
Also keep in mind when it's in the same sector as you already,
it won't jump at all but use its booster engines (which basically means
it will travel at the same speed as you do in a normal highway)..
which means it can take AGES if the sector is pretty big.

only without fuel. with fuel it takes somewhat between 10-30 sec to jump.

it always uses boosters to travel in a sector, even if you're not around. jumping is the means to travel between sectors only. and it wouldn't even make much sense to jump in the same sector. the jump always ends in in a predetermined position, which is always the center zone of the sector as far as i've seen. so the ship always jumps into the center and then boosts to the according zone.

That's exactly what I was trying to say, thanks for re-explaining it better :-)
And yeah, the center sector jump is just an awesome piece of design yet again. Why jump on top of the player if you can make him wait for decades.
Why jump next to a station if you can just jump 6 zones out to maximize delays.

OOOOkay! Now i understand how my construction ship came in the other star system! He told me he had no fuel, but he could join me later^^

sure, it would be handy. but it would also destroy most chances for ambushes or danger to this ships, and trading would happen way too fast.
i think later on jump beacons will be added anyway like in X3. you can place that thing anywhere then and your ships would be able to jump to it. this is the lore of the game right now anyway, it's mentioned in the campain at one point. you are not just jumping somethere which happnes to be the center of a sector, you're actually jumping to a prepositioned jump beacon.

How hard is it to mod in the "take me to command" for the skunk using Yisha.

If you mean having Yisha pilot the Skunk, then sorry, that's impossible. I looked into creating an auto-pilot, and there seems to be a hard-coded barrier preventing the skunk to be affected by aiscripts :(

Thats very strange... ill look into it, it was working for me.

There wont be an update today guys sorry, I am not feeling vey well today, if there are any requests for commanda you would like added feel free to post them.

Also could someone test the patrol command? Seems Egosoft patched the patrol scripting last patch.
